Admission

Document Required:
The Application forms are available at the School office during the school hour. The applicant should properly read all the instructions given in the application form and adhere to the same strictly without any discrepancy or omission. The filled up applications should be submitted with necessary documents listed below.

1. Birth certificate is compulsory for admission to the Montessori classes and students of standard-I.
2. Two passport sized & two stamp sized coloured photographs. (Attach with that of legal guardian if any)
3. For NRI/Foreigners attested photo copy of passport is necessary.
4. One Individual Passport sized photograph of each parent.
5. A transfer certificate (TC) from the school last attended is compulsory for students seeking admission for standard-II and onwards. It should be duly countersigned by proper education authorities in the case of a pupil coming from an outside state,(once entered on the school Rolls, the date of birth shown in the admission form or on the T.C. will not be altered)
6. Copy of progress report of the child as indication to his/her academic performance and participation in co-curricular activities in the school last attended.

Examination:
The School follows latest system of evaluation as per CBSE criteria. The school gives due weightage to each term exam and periodical test. Each academic session will be divided into two equal parts. Again each individual part will contain one periodical test and a Term exam. After that regular test is conducted by the class teacher.

Courses of Study:
Nursery, LKG to UKG : English, Math, General Knowledge, Hindi, Drawing & Activity and other audio & visual learning
STD-I to STD-X : English, Math, Science, Environmental Studies/ Social Science, GK, Computer, Hindi, Regional Language, Art and Craft.

Withdrawal:
1. Before withdrawing a student from the school, a calendar month’s notice in written has to be given by the legal parent or guardian.
2. A transfer certificate or any other document will be issued only if all the dues have been paid for the complete academic session and library books are returned.
3. If a child has once withdrawn and S.L.C. /TC is issued, the total admission fees must be paid again on readmission.
